Our viewers can't agree
Every Trump property video starts the same argument. These are real comments, word for word.
"He got the deal"
The perfect owner was found. Trump became a president, too! I'm sure Marjorie Merriweather Post is happy.

How did he “buy” a 400+ million building with 100% BORROWED money? No homeowner can do that and THAT number is far lower.

our Plaza videoBoth sides are in the record. Supporters will find a man who took on properties nobody else would touch. Critics will find debts, bankruptcies and a great deal of borrowed money. This book lays out the numbers, property by property, and lets you decide.
A look at The Ledger
Bought for. Sold for. How it ended.
The last chapter of the book, The Ledger, puts every property in one table. Here are four of the rows.
| Property | Paid | Sold or lost for | How it ended |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach Still owned | about $10 million | — | A private club since 1995, and the one property in the book he still owns |
| The Plaza Hotel, New York Lost | $407 million | $325 million | The banks took 49% in 1992; sold in 1995 |
| Trump's Castle, Atlantic City Sold | $320 million | $525 million | Sold to his own public company in 1996; resold for $38 million in 2011 |
| Maison de l'Amitié, Palm Beach Sold | $41.35 million | $95 million | A U.S. record in 2008; its buyer never lived there, and it was torn down |

Questions
Before you buy
What do I get?
The ebook is a PDF of 42 pages in large print. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can print it.
How do I get the book after I pay?
Checkout is handled by Whop. Right after you pay, the book is in your Whop account under your purchases, ready to download. Whop also emails you a link to it.
Is this a political book?
No. It is a factual history of the properties, based on public records and published reporting. It does not take sides: supporters and critics will each find their argument in the numbers.
Why "nobody else wanted"?
Because that is what happened. Marjorie Merriweather Post left Mar-a-Lago to the nation, the government held it for eight years and gave it back, and it then sat on the market. Whether nobody wanted it or nobody could afford the upkeep, chapter 1 has the figures.
Hasn't all this been reported before?
Pieces of it, over forty years, in different newspapers and court files. This book puts it all side by side: every property, every price and every ending in one place, with the sources listed so you can check them.
Is it the same as the videos?
It covers the stories from our Mar-a-Lago, Plaza and Castle videos in full, side by side, and adds chapters we have not covered in that depth: the $95 million house, the Taj Mahal, the Trump Shuttle and the yacht.
What if something in the book changes?
Some court cases in the book are still on appeal. When we update the book, you get the new version from your purchase at no extra cost.
